Returns


Our company insists on outstanding quality, value and service. Within 30 days, we guarantee that every item we sell will give you complete satisfaction or you may return it for a full refund (logoed and custom hangers excluded.) Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in the case of manufacturer's defects. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of the manufacturer's defects. If you cancel your order, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded if the item has already shipped from our company.

Returning a Purchase

All returns must be approved and assigned a return of mechandise authorization (RMA) number by calling (800)-921-1181. Please allow 14 business days from the day you return your package for your return to be credited or exchange made (see Satisfaction Guarantee.) If you no longer have the return form, please send your package prepaid and insured to the following address:

Be sure that the return form and label or the RMA number is clearly displayed on the outside of your package. Also make sure to include your name, address and daytime phone number. All packages that do not either display a RMA number or a return form and label will be refused and sent back to the sender at the senders expense. Items that are not returned in the original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee.
